The School District of Lodi is seeking a Business Manager who is an innovative leader with a continuous improvement mindset, committed to the District’s vision of Bright Futures Start Here. Our Business Manager serves as a vital leader in the district and is part of the district’s administrative team and Superintendent's cabinet. The Business Manager is responsible for the financial and business operations of the district including, but not limited to development and maintenance of the annual budget and district financial projections; management of federal grants, state fiscal reporting, and district financial accounts; supervision of HR, payroll, and accounts payable; and planning and financial analysis of district programs. The Business Manager provides oversight of the transportation and food service contractors, the community education program, and provides direct supervision to the Director of Building and Grounds.
Candidates should possess Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification as Business Manager (5008).

The School District of Lodi has an enrollment of approximately 1500 students across four school buildings. We offer multiple educational options to our parents and students, including a project-based multi-age charter school, STEAM education in all buildings, and opportunities for international exchanges at the high school level. Our district takes great pride in developing well rounded students who represent our district and our community with Lodi Pride in all facets of their academic and co-curricular participation.

Our community has shown support for the district’s mission through the passage of four operating referendums since 2009, with the most recent being a five year non-recurring referendum in the spring of 2022.
